There is no reward of ammunition or medipaks for finding the secrets however, if you find all 12 secrets in the mission, you can access the fifth bonus level, Nightmare in Vegas. Sometimes they're well hidden, sometimes in plain sight. Here, these consist of three golden objects: coins, ingots and a carved skull.
